He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Millican and Minnie Walker Millican. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Bowman Millican; his sons, Jim Lewis and Tim Lewis (Camilla); his grandchildren, TJ Lewis (Ansley), Elizabeth Lewis and Scott Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Maeve Lewis and Adler Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and furry and feathered friends.
