He was predeceased by: his grandmother Doris Jones; and his father-in-law Jerry Don Haynes. He is survived by: his children, Dakota and Garrett Smith; his parents, Linda Barnett (C. L.) and Jake Smith (Judy); and his siblings, Jim Smith (Ladean), Jason Smith (Stephanie) and Dory Smith.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Reed Funeral Home (11675 TN-28, Whitwell, TN 37397). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
