It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donna Faye Floyd (Whitwell, Tennessee), who passed away on August 5, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Smith Johnson Worley (Bill) of Dunlap and Arnold Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Den Floyd; her sons, Shane Johnson, Darren Walters, Dustin Davis and Trent Walters; her grandson Daniel Floyd; her siblings, Kathy Johnson, Karen Johnson, Kay Johnson and Anthony Johnson (Jody); her cousins, Pauline Ansley, Mitsi Smith and Lora McBride; and her aunts, Notie Cunningham, Shelba Smith, Paulette Russell, Marie Ladd and Carol Ray. She is also survived by many other cousins and friends.
