With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deena Marie Hicks of Whitwell, Tennessee, who passed away on November 29, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Crawford Hughes and Janice Lee Hutton; and her siblings, Linda Kendricks, Ronald "Ronnie" Massengale and Phillip Hutton.
She is survived by: her husband Lonnie Eugene Hicks of Whitwell; her children, Karen Billingsley (Lamar) of Whitwell, Diana Hall (Ray) of Chickamauga and James Adam Hicks (Denise) of Whitwell; her brothers, Alvin "Butch" Mardock of Washington and Roland Massengale of Dunlap; her grandchildren, Randy Billingsley, Jamie Ayers, Katelyn Tudors, Sarah Ayers, Chase Billingsley and Faith McNeal; and her great grandchildren, Addison Billingsley, Ryan Ayers, Brayden Ayers and Huntlyn Tudors.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Whitwell Memorial Funeral Home, Inc. (795 Morrison Springs Rd, Whitwell, TN 37397). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
