He is survived by: his children, Hunter Tate of Whitwell, Kree Tate of Whitwell, Hemi Tate of Whitwell and Jayden McCurry of Whitwell; his sister Crystal Layne (Wayne); his nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn Layne, Gabe Layne (Maryann), Peyton Layne and Caleb Layne; and his adoptive parents, Mike, Sandra Tate, Miranda Tate, Raven Tate and Bobby Ice. He is also survived by several cousins and other family members.
