He is survived by: his wife Heather Evans; his children, Dylan O'Hara of Mishawaka, Megan Evans of Whitwell and Morgan Evans of Decatur, MI; his parents, Clarence Evans, Sr of Whitwell and Glenda Langley of Hixson; his parent-in-law David Slavings; his grandmother Laquata Katie Evans; his siblings, Audra Evans of Chattanooga, Alicia Rogers, Amanda Rogers of Hixson, Rachel Hunsberger, Sarah Melton, Dawn Canard and Justin Rogers; his grandchild Gracelynn O'Hara of Marshall O'Hara; and also, Cathy Slavings, Chris Young, Brian Young, David Slavings and Chad Slavings.
