We are sad to announce that on July 27, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Charles Oscar Tanner of Whitwell, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Tanner and Ceilea Miller; and his siblings, Joe Tanner and Shirley Gholston. He is survived by: his son Charlie Tanner; his granddaughter Ursula Marie Hunt; and his close friends, Billy and Kimberly Stephenson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and cousins.
