He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Hartman and Lillian Hartman; his siblings, Willard, Doug, Bill, Louis and Marie; and his close friend Lewis Layne.
He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, Lynn and Leslie Hartman (Laura); his grandsons, Brian Hartman and Chad Hartman (Sara); his great grandchildren, Chandler and Connor Hartman; and his sisters-in-law, Nona Hartman and Louise Hudson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
