He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion McDonald and Rushie McDonald; and his siblings, Mary Smith and Randall McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rackler Daniels McDonald; his daughter Hilda Marie McDonald of Georgia; his stepfather Lonnie Grimes; his stepchildren, Denise Smith (Dwight), Nikki Daniels (Becca) of Whitwell, Patricia Hill (Tim) of Chattanooga, Linda Peck (Frank) of Alexa City, AL, Louise Haggard of Stevenson, AL and Johnnie Lukas (Thomas) of Pikeville; his sisters, Louise Brown (David) and Dorothy McDonald (Joe); his stepbrother Hoyt Grimes; and his stepgranddaughters, Evelyn Haggard and Eleanor Haggard. He is also survived by several grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
