He was predeceased by: his son Bobby Miller, Jr.; his parents, J. C. Miller and Erma Jean Miller; his grandson Kodah Miller; and his brother Jimmy Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Miller of Whitwell; his son William "Willie" Miller (Tiffany) of Whitwell; his brothers, Mike Miller (Anita) of Whitwell and Steve Miller (Vickie) of Whitwell; his grandchildren, Cody Miller, Savannah Miller and Bobby Miller, III (Haven); his siblings, Raylon Roberts (Trent) and Korbie Miller; and his great grandchildren, Rayfe Miller, Bentley Miller, Tristan Miller and Addilyn Miller.
