He is survived by: his children, Rex Slatton (Jana) of Columbia, TN and Lisa Layne (Todd) of Whitwell; his grandchildren, Ashley Lanham (Greg), Heath Slatton and Hanna Slatton; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Lanham and Matthew Lanham. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
