It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Saynes (Whitwell, Tennessee), who passed away on July 27, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Teresa Lynn Saynes; his parents, Jule McKinley and Mary Thacker Saynes; and his siblings, James Saynes, Paul Saynes, Claude Clifford Saynes, Mary Atterton and Louise Slatton.
He is survived by: his wife Iva Lee Kilgore Saynes; his children, Randy Powell (Rita) of Apison, Sandra Pickett (Donald Gene) of Whitwell and Alisa Kilgore (Eugene) of Dunlap; his grandchildren, Donald Pickett, II (Paige), Grace Pickett (Toby Grayson), Kenny Powell, Mason Kilgore, Marlee Kilgore and Morgan Kilgore; and his great grandchildren, Ainsley Pickett, Jake Pickett, Taylor Grayson and Tori Grayson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
