He was predeceased by: his father Timothy "Tim" Layne; and his grandparents, Virginia Moore, Imogene Layne and Leroy Layne. He is survived by: his mother Crystal "Cristy" Layne of Whitwell; his brothers, Matthew Layne and Ryan Layne (Jessica); his aunts and uncles, Randy Layne, Jeff Layne, Ray Layne, Michael Lane (April), Glenda Young (George), Jessica Cox, Tabby (Justin) and Danielle (Brandon); and his godparents, Chad Rollins and Misty Sanders.
