He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Cannon and Margaret Cannon; his siblings, George Cannon, Agnes Tate and Louise McCurry; and his nephew Leroy Wooten.
He is survived by: his sister Beulah McHone of Whitwell; and his niece Peggy Devon Thompson.
