He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn McNabb and Barbara Harris McNabb. He is survived by: his wife Cissy McNabb; his children, Justin Pell (Crystal), Sylvia Aker (Jason) and Meghan McNabb; his stepdaughter Ashley Pell; his siblings, Hoss McNabb, Janice Land (Steve) and Debbie Massengale; and his close friend Bud Armstrong. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and loving friends.
