With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alberta Layne of Whitwell, Tennessee, who passed away on April 22, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Sharon Sartin. She is survived by: her children, Ricky Hamlin (Paula), Lisa Gouger (Mark) and Barbara Hamlin (Carrie Harville). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rogers Funeral Home - Jasper Chapel (21 E 5th St, Jasper, TN 37347). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
