He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Clayton Eberly and Ruth Ellen Eberly; and his sister Jean Ann Fletcher. He is survived by: his wife Karen Eberly of Whitleyville; his children, Matthew Eberly of Collierville, TN and Elizabeth Eberly of Ohio; his stepchildren, Randall Blanchard (Veronica) of Murfreesboro and Susan Blanchard of Carthage; and his siblings, Robert Eberly of Wichita, Kansas, Karon Pennington (Jack) of Wichita, Sharon McDonaugh of Wichita and Margaret Edwards (Phil) of Colorado. He is also survived by 2 step grandchildren and 2 step-great grandchildren also survive along with nieces, nephews and many friends.
