He was predeceased by: his father Tommy Lee Phillips. He is survived by: his stepmother Pat Phillips of Toone; his children, Brandy Kemp (Corey) of Huntington, TN. and Shannon Phillips of Henderson; his grandchildren, Rachel Simonton, Cameron Kemp, Kayleigh Ervin, Lorelei Ervin and Jackson Law; and his stepsister Shirl Sanders (Teddy) of Henderson, TN.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
