He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Ray Kelley of Whiteville; his sons, Nick Kelley (Toni Whitten) of Silerton and Chris Kelley (Raven Winberry) of Whiteville; his grandmother Mary Elizabeth Kelley of Selmer; his sister Rita Hooper (Bubba) of Jackson; and his grandchildren, Gracyn Lynn Kelley, Allen Ferge, Layne Ferge and Kaitlynn Kelley.
