He was predeceased by: his parent Arthur Clyde Rayl; his spouse JoAnn Pifer; and his sons, Michael Lee and Stephen Jay Rayl. He is survived by: his parent Oma Mae Smith Rayl; and his sister Marilyn J. Tarvin of Ft. Myers, FL. He is also survived by several grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
