We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2021, at the age of 74, Noah Phillips Jr. of Whiteville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Phillips, Sr. and Matti Lou Walk Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Alan Phillips (Kimberly), Michael Phillips and Teresa Pittman; and his siblings, Lurline Phillips, George Phillips and Gene Phillips. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
