He was predeceased by: his wife Pat Belk; his parents, James Cecil and Annie Mae Fite Belk; and his siblings, James Richard Belk, Elizabeth Ann Morgan, Harry Lynn Belk, Dennis Ray Belk and David Glenn Belk.
He is survived by: his children, Renee McNabb (Noah), Kim White (Lynn), Joe Willie Belk (Christy), Bubba Wayne Belk and William Sigler; his grandchildren, Jacob, Jarron, Mike, Charly, Jimi Nae, Jennifer, Josey, Jordan and Kason; his great grandchildren, Jadyn, Jaylee, Jaxon and Gray; and his siblings, Nellie Boothe, Joyce Boothe, Letha Pinner and Shorty Belk.
