She was predeceased by: her husband Coy E. Hickey; her parents, Leonard Bullington and Mary Bullington; her daughter Deanie; and her grandson Darrell Hayes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Loretta Han and Leta Long (Greg); her grandsons, Coy Skyles (Natasha), Mitch Metcalf (Katie) and Paris Spence (Michaela); and her great grandchildren, Phoenix Hayes, Serenity, Kyler, Emberleigh, Grayson Skyles, Kaelynn, Grant and Logan Metcalf.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to funeral home towards funeral expenses.
