He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Wolfe and Nancy Wolfe; his son Rev. Michael Ray; his brothers, Wayne Wolfe, Joe Brummett, Frank Gilbert (Ann) and EJ Sartain (Shirley); his nephew Christopher Gray; and his father-in-law Willard Sartain (Ruby).
He is survived by: his wife Carol Wolfe of Whitesburg; his daughter Carolyn Williamson (George) of Whitesburg; his sister Jean Brummett of Whitesburg; his sisters-in-law, Lena Hightower (Luther) of Corryton and Wilma Campbell (Robert) of Greeneville; his grandchildren, Dustin McDaniel, Ashley Gulley and Brandon Ray of Whitesburg; his great grandchildren, Justin Gulley and Tori Sabins of Rogersville; his great great grandchildren, Augustus Hottle and Aryiah Gulley; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home (200 Jaybird Rd, Morristown, TN 37814). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hamblen Memory Gardens (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN 37814).
