He was predeceased by: his wife Lucille Wolfe; his son Larry Wolfe; his parents, Perry Jesse and Hazel Setsor Wolfe; his son-in-law Kerry Livesay; and his siblings, Madge Wright, Kathleen Burton, Polly Chase, Carl and Ralph Wolfe.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Livesay; his daughter-in-law Donna Wolfe; his grandsons, Jason, Jeremy and Barry Wolfe (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Landon, Tyler and Blake Wolfe; his sisters, Virginia Davis and Joyce Lee; and his sister-in-law Mildred Wolfe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in Perry's honor can be made to Lee Valley Baptist Church, Whitesburg, TN.
