He is survived by: his children, Tonya Lenee'Johnson, Christina Michelle Willoughby and Jared Hugh Johnson; his sons-in-law, Brian Willoughby and Forrest Johnson; his friend Teresa Johnson Greene; his grandchildren, Jordan, Ally, Brayden, Kylee, Connor and Bella; his great grandchildren, Parker and Clayton; and his friends, Bob, Carol Barwick, Dennis and Sandy Rosen.
