He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Mullins and Gertrude Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Pat Mullins; his children, Travis Mullins (Wendi), Leslie Bumpas (Charlie) and Thomas Mullins; and his grandchildren, Annika and Ivan Mullins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Hawkins Co. Humane Society.
