He was predeceased by: his wife Bland Haun; his brother J. L. Haun; and his parents, Lewis Patrick and Gladys Haun. He is survived by: his daughters, Shari Winburn (Ralph) and Sandy Lakins (Larry); his granddaughters, Caitlin Winburn, Lucy Lakins and Ella Lakins; his brother Fred Haun (Dolores); his close friends, Dale Smith and Rick Shiflet; and his niece Angie Parrish.
