He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred Rhea; his parents, Hughey Rhea and Sue Rhea; and his siblings, Hugh Rhea, Helen Cheney, Ruth Hensley and Mary Rhea.
He is survived by: his son David Rhea. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
