He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Price; his parents, Heiskell Price and Mary Eva Price; and his sisters, Diane Marshall, Naomi Gulley and Lois Price.
He is survived by: his children, Olivia Haynes (Robert), Stacy Ferrell (Doug) and Vincent Price; his grandchildren, Ariel Ferrell, Lilliana Ferrell, Grace Haynes and Luke Haynes; and his brother Hugh Olen Price (Jan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family for final expenses.
