He is survived by: his pets, Nugget, Jimmy John, Allie and Chico; his significant other Beatrice Roark; his children, April (Paul Bean) of Whitesburg and Curtis Murphy of Greeneville; his granddaughter Brooke Ricker (Chad) of Greeneville; his great grandchild Heidi Reece Ricker of Greeneville; his brother Omer Murphy of Mooresburg; and his daughter-in-law Sandra Murphy of Afton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
