It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Gary Fowler of Whitesburg, Tennessee, who passed away on January 14, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, E. F. Fowler and Sybil Cross Fowler (Harville); and his stepfather Troy Harville. He is survived by: his wife Una Faye Fowler (Janeway); his children, Holly Cline (Pless), Christopher Fowler, Rebecca Marcum, Charlotte Leach and Kim Devotie (Tim); the parent of his children Terry Braden; his grandchildren, Trevor Cline (Natalie), Gregory Cline (Alexis), Chris Marcum (Brittney), Charley Marcum (Rachel), Hunter Marcum (Devin), Ashley Branson (Chris Rupell), Dennis Leach III, Rusty Talley and TJ Devotie; his great grandchildren, Maverick, Nash and Oliver Cline; and his grandchildren, Chloe, Elijah, Elliott, Melody Marcum, Tristan Hickle and Adeline Rupell.
