We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2024, at the age of 86, Annie Bell Bowlin of Whitesburg, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmond Dalton and Laura Dalton; her siblings, Mattie Atkins, Mollie Mallicoat, Lucy Winstead, Helen Lamb, Landon, Kyle, Lillard and Louis Raymond Dalton; and her husbands, Roy Hipshire and Rev. Wiley Eugene Bowlin.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Russell (Donnie); her granddaughter Shanda Collins (Joe); and her sisters, Gladys Davidson of Thorn Hill and Ruth Jarnigan of White Marsh, Maryland. She is also survived by several nieces nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
