She was predeceased by: her father Richard Allen Perez. She is survived by: her husband Gary L. Yeary; her mother Judy Perez; her sons, Jacob Paden (Morgan), Jonathan Paden (Sherry), Justin Perez (Lindsay), Erik Yeary (Caiping) and Tyler Yeary; and her brothers, Allen Perez (Shanie) and Kenny Perez. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her honor may be directed to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
