He was predeceased by: his father Zinnie Paul Burris; and his siblings, Barbara Soroka and Zinnie Vernon Burris (Sue Tarkington Burris). He is survived by: his former wife Sue Gail Tarkington; his children, Teri, Steve and Ricky; his wife Robbie Arlene Burris; his son Kieth Moore; and his stepdaughters, Kimberly Freeman (Nathan), Darlene Moore and Denise Raybourn (Butch Coffey). He is also survived by grandchildren, step grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step great-grandchildren and step great great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.
