He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hornsby; his children, Ben Hornsby (Becky) and Susan Flythe (Edward Gray); his sister Helen Theobald; his grandchildren, Christopher Hornsby, Emily Sleister (Ambrose), Missy Flythe and Kelly Flythe; and his great grandchildren, Travis Powers, Ethan Powers, Levi Powers, Jaxon Powers and Philip Tonski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
