She was predeceased by: her parents, James Billings and Amanda Billings; her husband Carlton Oaks; her son David; and her great grandchild Greycin Elaine Oaks.
She is survived by: her children, Don Oaks (Jackie) and Linda Oaks; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Ben, Nathan, Amy and Travis; her siblings, Betty Jean Saverio and James Billings Jr. (Carolyn); and her pet Gigi.
