With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Wade (Whites Creek, Tennessee), who passed away on January 16, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Jack is survived by: wife Annie Wade; children, Charles, John, James Wade (Debra), Sabrina Caudle (Rod) and Regina Wade; and sister Lillian Howse. Jack is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins; other relatives and friends.
