He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Wair and Elizabeth Wair; his stepson Lester Harvey; and his siblings, Lois Slone, Bobby Wair, Jean McEwen, Doug Wair, Walter Wair, Rodney Wair, Tony Wair, Lanny Wair and Barbara Ann Chestine.
He is survived by: his daughter Karren Scott (Mitchell); his stepdaughter Zina Crowder (Jearl); his siblings, Jerry Wair and Judy Crouch; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Harvey, Brandon Bennett (Brandi), Stephen Bennett (Janeth), Austin Whidby (Bray), Dylan Crowder, Brittany Moon (Kaleb), Zachary Scott (Christina) and Peyton Crowder. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
