He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Ford; his sons, Clint Campbell (Lacey) and Josh Campbell (Rachel); his grandchildren, Shyan Fuller, Christian Campbell (Jessica), Gavin Campbell, Austin Campbell, Evan Campbell, Alex Campbell and Kinsey Campbell; his great grandchild Kayson Campbell; his nephews, David Purdom (Star Hess) and Michael Purdom (Bailey); and his niece Caitlin Purdom (Ian Chambers).
