He is survived by: his wife Kelly Seats; his children, Tonya Seats Purcell, Chadd Seats Purcell, Heather Rice (Gentry) and Cortney Headlee (Kyle); his grandchildren, Gentry, Landyn, Braylon and Hendrix; his parents, George Seats and Barbara Dillahay; and his siblings, Pam, Kim, Tim and Amanda. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
