It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Elaine (Fogle) Hall of White Pine, Tennessee, who passed away on October 10, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Carl Rudolph Fogle; and her husband David Collis Hall, Sr.. She is survived by: her son David Collis Hall, Jr.; her grandsons, David Collis Hall, III and Daniel Ambrose Hall; and her close friends, Louise Atkins, Brenda Roberts and Janice Wilder.
