He is survived by: his children, Angie Williams (Jason) of Morristown, Lynn Mantooth of White Pine and Tina (Chuck Holt) of Newport; and his siblings, Betty Mantooth, David Mantooth, Eddie Mantooth, Jeffrey, Robin Mantooth, Richard and Joyce Mantooth. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
