She is survived by: her husband John Wayne Cortez; her mother Daisy Horton Burnham; her sister Michele Parks (Lynn); her children, Jamie Cortez (Kim) and Jodi Moore (Justin); her grandchildren, Zac, Zeke and Zandon Cortez; and her nieces and nephews, Jesse Brown (Brittany), Lydia Perryman (Christopher), Levi Parks and Everleigh Brown.
