He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lankford of White Pine; his sons, Richard Lankford, Jr of Baltimore and Jason Love of Parrottsville; his stepson David Love of Newport; his daughter April Lankford of Cosby; his stepdaughter Kelly Worthington of Newport; his siblings, Terry Lankford of Charlestown, Joyce Barron (Dan) of Baltimore and Linda Glenn (John); and also Doyle Shelton of Cosby. He is also survived by grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
