She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster Tuggle and Martha Tuggle (Duke); and her significant other Charles Hall. She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Frazee (Dave), Susan Tall and Pamela Birkholz (Jim); her grandchildren, Phillip Birkholz (Rebecca), Claire Birkholz McMichael (John), Katherine and Ryan Tall; her great grandchild Embry Birkholz; and her family, Betty Dickert (Jim), MaryAnn Boysen (Joe) and Preston Duke (Emily). She is also survived by child her cousins were her siblings.
