She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Kelley and Maude Kelley; and her brothers, Charles and Jack Kelley. She is survived by: her husband Henry "Hank" Noe; her daughter Brenda Wood (Hugh); her grandson Justin Wood (Jordan); her great grandchildren, Easton and Greyson Wood; and her siblings, Bill Kelley and Elizabeth Woods. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
