She was predeceased by: her parents, Hal Sellars and Dorothy Briggs Sellars; her parents-in-law, Willard and Helen Russell; her siblings, Martha Sellars Bailey and James Sellars; her grandson Jamie Holdway; and her siblings-in-law, Patty Russell Lovell, Jessie Russell, George Bailey and Robert Lowe.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Russell; her daughters, Tammy Holdway (Benny) of Newport, Lisa Branner (Sonny) of Dandridge and Brenda Sue Hollifield of White Pine; her grandchildren, Brandon Holdway (Jaqui), Mitch Holdway, Anthony Hollifield, D. J. Hollifield (Valerie) and Marissa Sutton (David); her great grandchildren, Nariya Hollifield, Heidi Sutton, Divinity Hollifield, Sierra Fine (Austin) and Weston Holdway; and her siblings, Terry Sellars (Kathi), Brenda Sellars and Barbara Lowe. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, & many cherished friends.
In lieu of flowers, Joyce asked that donations be made to the Balch Cemetery Fund (c/o Terry Sellars 3082 Falcon Rd, White Pine, TN 37890).
