He was predeceased by: his wife Myrtle Sherwood; his parents, Robert Sherwood and Eva Sherwood; and his siblings, Gertrude Harris, Frances Wilson, Junior, J. W. and Gene Sherwood.
He is survived by: his sister Effie Eason of Delaware; his brother-in-law Millard Wilson of Maryville; and his caregiver Helen Hanawa of White Pine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
