It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Powell of White Pine, Tennessee, who passed away on December 26, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Jerry departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jerry may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jerry leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Powell and Gladys Powell (Beane); and his sister Patsy Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Kelly; his stepson William Huddleston (Colleen) of Philadelphia, PA.; his brother Allan Powell (Kathy) of Conover, NC; and his granddaughter Amber Huddleston of Philadelphia, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
